This Limited Residential Warranty covers Müller Graff laminate flooring for original residential purchasers. It is valid only when the product is installed and maintained according to Müller Graff guidelines.

What Is Covered

- Water damage on water-resistant rated products when cleaned per guidelines

Exclusions — What Is NOT Covered
- Damage from improper installation (not per Müller Graff guidelines)
- Failure to acclimate material before installation
- Damage from excessive moisture, flooding, or standing water
- Installation over non-flat subfloors (exceeding 3/16" in 10 ft)
- Scratches, dents, or chips from impact, misuse, or negligence
- Damage from steam mops, excessive water, or harsh cleaning products
- Color or texture variation between samples and installed product
- Commercial use, rental properties (unless specified), or outdoor use
- Subfloor-related issues including moisture transmission
- Expansion or buckling due to insufficient expansion gaps
Maintenance Requirements for Coverage
- Follow the Müller Graff Laminate Care & Maintenance Guide
- Maintain indoor conditions: 59–86°F and 40–70% RH
- Clean with laminate-safe products only
- Never use steam mops or excessive water
- Protect the floor with felt pads, mats, and proper casters
Claims Process
1. Report the issue to your retailer or distributor within 30 days of discovery.
2. Inspection. Müller Graff may request samples or an on-site inspection to evaluate the claim.
3. Resolution. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Müller Graff will replace the defective material at its discretion. Labor costs are not covered.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original residential purchaser.
Müller Graff's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective material.
Müller Graff is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or special damages.
